This policy describes how information is processed in PetCalendar and on the petcalendar.ru website.
This is a translation for convenience. If the texts differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. General
PetCalendar is an app for keeping your own pet care calendar and health history. The product operator is Sergei Koroshev, self-employed, Russian taxpayer ID (INN) 772422836834. Contact for privacy questions: support@petcalendar.ru.
2. Local app data
Core pet records are stored locally on the user's device. They may include information and photos of the pet, calendar events, medication, symptoms, weight, documents and notes. No account is required for core features, and the website does not receive these records.
3. Notifications
After the system permission is granted, the app creates local reminders on the device. "Fact of the day" is enabled by default after notification consent and can be turned off separately. The permission and delivery time can be changed in the app and Android settings.
4. Optional diagnostics
Only after separate consent may AppMetrica receive crash and device data, a technical installation identifier and source, and limited feature-usage events. Pet records, documents and photos, advertising identifiers and device location are not sent. Consent can be withdrawn in PetCalendar settings.
5. "Help Nearby" directory
Supabase is used to fetch published listings of organisations. When a search returns no suitable result, the server may receive the city and category selected by the user to estimate demand. PetCalendar does not add medical records, owner contacts or precise device location to this request. Call, route, website and booking actions open the corresponding external services.
6. PDF and external services
A PDF report is created on the user's command. The user chooses the channel and the recipient. Maps, organisation websites and the app store are governed by the policies of those services.
7. Website
The website has no data-submission form of its own and no advertising or analytics SDKs. Hosting and external services may process standard technical request data under their own rules.
8. Support and partnership emails
When you contact us by email, we receive the sender's address and the content of the message. Share only what is needed for a reply. Correspondence is used to handle the request and may be kept in the mail system for a reasonable period.
9. Managing your data
Local records can be deleted in the app or by uninstalling it. Notifications and diagnostics can be turned off in settings. For questions about email correspondence we have received, write from the address you used to contact us.
10. Changes and contact
